Things to remember for next year: Make a list first. This year, I never knew when to stop, so I just kept going until I was out of ingredients. Which would be fine, if I hadn't kept going to the store for brown sugar and butter. I did manage to put some cookies in the freezer, so hopefully I'll remember to take them to 12th night to share with d_salie. The oatmeal with candied orange peel/candied ginger were really good; grinding the candied bits with the sugars is a big win. I should write a post of how to make cookies. The quart sized ziplocks with expandable bottoms are best for the larger cookies.
