As far as I know, the Duchess's ball will be in the Court hall (Capital B&C) after a charity auction (7pm). I'm guessing the ball will begin about 8pm.

Thanks for posting. I was thinking of just throwing the entire dance-music folder in and punting, but it helps with the decision to know I'll have the right stuff. Still debating whether to lug the harp or go for woodwinds. (When I was thinking of daytripping, the harp was a no-go since I wouldn't have a convenient place to store it. But I do like to get in my minimal two "practice sessions" per year.)

If it would help you come play, I can send you a PDF of all the music in order. :)

Unless we'll be using wildly different arrangements and keys than usual, I'd rather stick to my own copies. I make all sorts on notes on them regarding what sorts of accompaniment work best, any unusual tunings to set, and ... only occasionally .. what the real repeat structure is, rather than the printed one. :)

You'd have to ask GM if anything like that has changed. I just make copies <>.
I realy should lean to play an instrument.
