It's nice to see that the time has *finally* come for real improvement to our society's concept of marriage and basic understanding of human sexuality.

I don't have much hope for universal understanding, but I do have some hope for a lack of future discrimination. The new decision apparently classifies orientation as a protected status. Yay! If only I could go back and sue the company that fired me for being a lesbian. :)
