Darn it! Does anybody know who posted this, http://www.scatoday.net/node/23013 ?

While Flidais did vigil at the West An Tir war, she's not going to be elevated until October Crown. Oddvar was elevated to the Laurel during Saturday evening court at West/AnTir war.

But it's in Middle format--she wasn't elevated, she just said "Yes", she'd accept elevation, so while the language is not normal, it is correct.

The title is wrong, IMHO. "Flidais ní Eitigen elevated to Laurel in the West" makes it sound like the ceremony is done.
As far as I know she wasn't in court, or at least didn't speak. That's what made me think the reporter had confused her and Oddvar.
