I just noticed complaints again in someone's journal, so I'm going to bug everyone. If you do not like the "new and improved" West Kingdom website (http://www.westkingdom.org/), write to webminister and cc' the seneschal. The seneschal's address is on this page, http://www.westkingdom.org/index.php?alias=officers.html&office=  and if you keep scrolling down, so is the webminister. 
IME, specific complaints are more likely to be taken seriously.

While we're at it, we can mention that stupid pull down menu that makes you THINK you can get to an email address for the officer you want, but sends you an error message for trying. Why put a live link there in the first place?
