Tapas in San Mateo?

Someone was recently telling me about a good tapas place in San Mateo. Unfortunately, I can't remember who or the name of the restaurant.

Hmm. Not in San Mateo, but maybe it was this one in Menlo Park?

The one in Menlo Park is good, but I've been there, and the one whoever-it-was was telling me about was a place I haven't been.
Maybe some mythical free weekend you and C and me and MG could meet for dinner there.

Was it Dalí? I've eaten there and was quite pleased, and I'm pretty sure it was in San Mateo (it's been a year or two). As I remember, the tapas were tasty, the sangria was pretty good, and the service was veeery niiice - I was there with a girlfriend and our waiter was attentive as well as amusingly flirty and kind of cute.

I really liked Dali, but they've closed. It's very sad. It was in San Mateo, in the downtown off 3rd street.
