Twix candy bars just went from  2 ounces to 1.79 ounces with no reduction in price. Fuckers. I need to stop stress-eating anyway, so maybe this is good for me.

Generally I can avoid candy machines and point-of-purchase displays by reminding myself that I have better chocolate at home :-)

(That said, I *do* like Twix bars, so I share your frustration at the duplicitous manufacturers....)

Well, I hope tomorrow is better (and if it isn't, stop at your favorite chocolatier and buy one exquisite dark-chocolate bonbon to savor after dinner).
